We were very pleased with the service and the speed of our roofing replacement from storm damage this spring. Tim, our adjuster was very good at keeping us updated and working with the insurance to make sure everything went smoothly. They did a very good job as far as putting down tarps and cleaning any area that needed it when they were done. I would definitely recommend their service and have already done so as well.

I would highly recommend this company, Chuck was great to work with, he didn’t just send his crew out to do everything he worked with us directly also and came back to take care of a couple of minor details after the roof was done. We liked the attention to detail!

Chuck and his employees were honorable, kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and persistent getting my issue with state Farm insurance resolved and able to move forward and complete their job beautifully. His roofing team were wonderfully careful craftsmen. Roof and garage door.
Insulation
Year Round Comfort and Energy Efficiency
If you are dealing with cold drafts in the winter or hot, uncomfortable rooms in the summer, your attic insulation may be the cause. Our team improves your home’s thermal performance with high quality insulation that helps regulate indoor temperatures. This leads to better comfort, improved energy efficiency, and long term savings on heating and cooling costs.

Lower Energy Costs: By keeping conditioned air inside your home, insulation reduces the strain on your HVAC system, helping lower monthly heating and cooling expenses.
Consistent Comfort: Proper insulation helps eliminate hot and cold spots, keeping temperatures more even and comfortable throughout your home.
Ice Dam Protection: Quality insulation helps prevent heat from escaping into the attic, reducing the risk of snow melting and refreezing into damaging ice dams.
Services
Insulation Top-Off
In many homes, existing insulation can settle over time and fall below current performance standards. We add a fresh layer of high quality insulation over your existing material to improve R value, boost efficiency, and enhance overall comfort.
Removal & Replacement
If your insulation has been damaged by moisture, mold, or pests, we can safely remove the affected material, clean and prepare the attic space, and install new insulation for a healthier and more efficient home.
Options
Blown-In Fiberglass
A popular and effective insulation option, blown in fiberglass is non combustible, moisture resistant, and maintains its performance over time without significant settling. It is ideal for filling gaps and hard to reach areas to reduce heat loss.
Cellulose Insulation
Made from recycled materials and treated for fire resistance, cellulose insulation is dense and effective at reducing airflow. It also helps dampen outside noise while improving overall energy efficiency.
Air Sealing
An essential step in any insulation project, air sealing closes gaps around fixtures, pipes, and attic openings. This helps prevent air leaks and ensures your insulation performs at its best.

Frequently Asked
Questions
We've provided answers to many of our most frequently asked questions. Have a different question for our team? We're happy to help! Just send us an email at info@mnroofingco.com.
What is the difference between "batt" and "blown-in" insulation?
Batt insulation comes in pre-cut rolls of fiberglass and is great for open walls during remodeling. Blown-in insulation involves a machine spraying loose fiberglass or cellulose into spaces. Blown-in is often superior for attics because it fills irregular gaps, corners, and around cross-beams more effectively than rolls.
Does insulation help with noise?
Absolutely. Insulation acts as a sound absorber. adding insulation to exterior walls and attics reduces outside noise (like traffic or storms), and insulating interior walls can dampen sound transfer between rooms, making for a quieter home.
How much insulation do I really need in my attic?
It varies by region, but most modern building codes recommend an R-value between R-38 and R-60 for attics. If you can easily see your floor joists in the attic, you likely only have R-19 or less and would benefit significantly from adding more.
